Below is a brief overview of the four dimensions or types of DiSC®
Most of us will have one type that we exhibit or show most of the time. It is our dominant or strongest one. Then we have one or two others that we have as well, but not as dominant. We show our 2 or 3 different types of behaviour depending upon the situation we are in, or the people we are dealing with and their personality types. So, while there are just four dimensions as outlined below, there are over 100 profile types. An analysis of your own particular behavioural type will be provided and explained to you in detail when working with Yvonne.
Dominance: Direct and Decisive. These people are natural leaders, like to take control and push forward. They tend to be independent and results driven. They are strong willed people who enjoy challenges, taking action, and immediate results. They live their life in the fast lane, see themselves as more powerful than their environment are task focused and driven.

Influence: Outgoing and Optimistic. These individuals like to be popular and tend to be very social and out going. They are the communicators, enthusiastic fun loving people who like to be recognised and accepted. Given that being liked is important, they are usually curious to know what others think of them. They like participating in teams, sharing thoughts, and entertaining and energising others.
Steadiness: Stability and Status Quo. These people like security, familiarity and routines. Being allowed to work at their own pace is very important to them. They tend to be your team players and are supportive, cooperative and helpful to others. Making decisions can be difficult for them and they tend to seek others opinions on a regular basis. They prefer being behind the scene, working in consistent and predictable ways. They are often good listeners and avoid change and conflict.
Conscientiousness: Cautious. These people are often focused on details and quality. They like formality, to adhere to rules and regulations. Structure is very important to them and they value policy. They like to get specific guidelines/instructions and the thorough collection and analysis of data is also very important. They plan ahead, constantly check for accuracy, and want to know “how” and “why
Cost of completing a DiSC® profile analysis differs as it is dependent on the particular type of analysis chosen.
