Our highly participative and interactive programme focuses on helping each individual to develop effective communication skills by exploring their own particular communication style in detail. Participants will not only improve their verbal and non verbal communication skills but will be given a deeper understanding of their individual strengths and qualities, their preferred style of communicating and how they differ from others.

Being an effective communicator means that you are taken seriously by other people, they listen to what you have to say and want to engage in dialogue with you. Effective communication skills have to be developed, adjusted and improved on an on-going basis as they form the core of effective interpersonal skills. Yvonne Griffin Communications believe that the design of effective communication skills programmes must include topics which address this area.
